We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Maintenance Professional to join our team at PRS LTD in Liverpool, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Job Summary:This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus overtime, working circa 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and preventative work on AHU's, fan coil units, pumps, water systems, and mechanical plant rooms.
- Carry out compliance checks and fabric maintenance duties, including basic joinery and painting.
- Maintain knowledge of Building Services systems, including water, heating, ventilation, and plant room operations.
- Operate all systems within the building in a competent, effective, and efficient manner, adhering to relevant guidelines and bulletins.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with qualifications and experience in a related field. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a willingness to undergo training as required by the post and the contract manager.
