At the Atomic Weapons Establishment, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our Information, Configuration & Knowledge Management team.

Job Summary

This role will play a key part in ensuring that the organisation meets its legal and regulatory obligations under Information legislation. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of leading within a Digital and Data Service, with a strong understanding of data related government regulatory requirements.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
  • Deliver work to continuously improve Information Governance
  • In-depth knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements
  • Extensive experience of leading within a Digital and Data Service

This is a full-time position with flexible working requests so that your work may fit in with your lifestyle. Hybrid working is available for this role on an informal, non-contractual basis, typically 2/3 days onsite per week.
