Job Title: Apprentice Multitrader

We are seeking a skilled Multitrader to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a Multitrader, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties in the North West London area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out reactive maintenance tasks within tenanted properties
  • Use a PDA to manage tasks and communicate with tenants and planners
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and planners
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in social housing
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own tools

The rate of pay is £20 per hour, £664 a week take home, based on a 42.5 hour week.
