Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of cleaning staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.
- Train and develop the skills of your team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or IT issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency in room cleaning operations.
- Ensure guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard.
- Maintain the security of guest belongings and report any incidents.
- Conduct regular stock checks of linen, equipment, and toiletries.
- Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and visitors.
- Demonstrate a commitment to attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Exhibit inclusive and welcoming behavior towards colleagues and guests.
- Show a drive to succeed and take pride in your work.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a physically demanding role is desirable.
- Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
