Salary: £17.40ph DOE

Schedule: (4 DAY WEEK) Monday – Thursday 7am till 5pm - Friday off

Some overtime available all at x1.5


Our client is a precision engineering specialist based in Bury, supplying manufacturing parts for various industries.

The role of CNC Milling, setter operator will include the following duties:

• Programming, setting & operating 3 axis milling machines.

• Be able to use basic inspection equipment.

• The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience of programming, setting and operating milling machines using Heidenhein controls.

• Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship however experience is the overriding factor.

• Overtime/additional hours may be required, depending on the workload of the business.

• Be able to work well on their own as well as part of a team.

• Producing high-quality work to fine tolerances.

• Professional and self-motivated attitude.

• Good organisational & time management skills.
