Care Support Specialist

**About the Role**
Care Assistants at Crooton's care homes provide essential support to our residents, ensuring they receive high-quality care and companionship. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, following personalized care plans, and providing emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting residents with their personal needs, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and refreshments
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Engaging in activities and hobbies with residents to promote social interaction and well-being
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in caring for older adults or those with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
