Peregrine is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the development of Treasury Green Book business cases for DCC change activity in our Business Case Centre of Excellence (COE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage internal teams across DCC, the Department, and customers to build alignment and support for our change strategy and procurement.
  • Manage the transition of DCC to a fully internal resource model, using a combination of permanent staff and contractors.
  • Build, own, and drive delivery of the recruitment and transition plan and associated activities to manage transition risk.
  • Report progress, status, risks, and issues, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, including escalation to ExCo as required.
About the Role

This is a critical role that requires extensive transformation and transition experience at a senior level. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful transition of DCC operational services, while mitigating risks to the quality and completion of in-flight business cases.
