We are seeking an Italian Kitchen Leader to join our team at Prezzo Swadlincote, a contemporary restaurant located in the Hepworth Retail Park.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Italian Kitchen Leader who can lead our kitchen team with confidence and drive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Italian cuisine that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team with enthusiasm and expertise, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and timing.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas that showcase your culinary skills and creativity.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to achieve exceptional food standards, maintain high levels of hygiene and safety, and optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the kitchen team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain accurate stock control, ordering, and inventory management to minimize waste and maximize profits.
