Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Front of House Team Member to join our newest Permit Room Bar-Cafe team in Oxford. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for greeting our guests with a smile, transporting them to the Permit Rooms of Bombay, and ensuring clear communication to our guests and team alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and make them feel at home.
  • Transport guests to the Permit Rooms of Bombay with knowledge of our drinks, bar snacks, curries, sharing plates, and well-loved Dishoom dishes.
  • Ensure clear communication to guests and team, taking care of special requirements.
  • Pour drinks to perfection and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Make every coffee and cup of Chai with attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Front of House Team Member or Host in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
  • A desire to grow and develop within the company.
