The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Administering estates
  3. Managing Powers of Attorney
  4. Providing support to elderly and vulnerable clients
  5. Court of Protection work

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external contacts.

The ideal candidate will also have good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Experience with case management systems is an advantage, but training will be provided.
