You will lead a team of production staff, manage production schedules, and implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage production schedules, including planning, execution, and control.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing techniques, including standard work, SMED, TPM, and VSM.
- Experience with APQP core tools, including process flow charts, DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, MSA, and SPC.
- Knowledge of SAP and other manufacturing software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
