Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage production schedules, including planning, execution, and control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing techniques, including standard work, SMED, TPM, and VSM.
  • Experience with APQP core tools, including process flow charts, DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, MSA, and SPC.
  • Knowledge of SAP and other manufacturing software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
