Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our client's team as a Facilities & Internal Communications Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the facilities and developing internal communication strategies that drive business growth and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage the facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the facilities and internal communication
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to facilities and internal communication
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in facilities management or internal communication
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Compensation
The salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plan, is also offered.
