Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an attractive salary of up to £14.50 per hour, paid weekly or biweekly, depending on the schedule. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a range of benefits, including annual profit share, 30% discount on food and drink across our pubs and inns for you and friends and family, and a fair share of tips.

Job Description
We seek a highly experienced Senior Chef de Partie to lead our kitchen team at The Alderley Edge Hotel. As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will be responsible for leading the team to run all sections of the kitchen, supporting menu development, stock management, and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen, and providing guidance to junior kitchen staff members. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving excellence and consistency in our dishes, ensuring high standards and attention to detail are maintained, and working with the team to achieve and maintain 5* Scores on the doors.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the team to run all sections of the kitchen
• Support with menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen
• Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members
• Ensure high standards and attention to detail are maintained, working with the team to achieve and maintain 5* Scores on the doors
• Continuously motivate the team to present fresh quality food each time
• Train and develop junior team members
