Animal Welfare Apprentice

At Labcorp, we are committed to delivering answers for crucial health questions. Our Animal Welfare Apprentice program offers a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of life-changing treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and support with the day-to-day care of various animal species
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Animal Welfare, GLP, and Health & Safety
  • Collect data using manual or computer software methods
  • Handle animals humanely and appropriately for the species
  • Exercise and socialize animals relevant to the species
  • Provide animals with food, water, environmental enrichment, housing, etc. according to company standards
  • Work both individually and as part of a team
  • Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of work undertaken
  • Work safely in the Animal House, maintaining excellent housekeeping while following appropriate safety, environment, and risk management systems

What You'll Receive:
