The Tudor Trust is a philanthropic foundation committed to funding smaller organisations across the UK. With an endowment of around £250m, our annual commitment to grants averages £20m.
We are bridging to a strategy with greater emphasis on racial justice, moving beyond racism and racial inequities to inclusive communities thriving in all systems and structures. This foundation enables tackling all forms of injustice, including economic, environmental, and social.
As we continue our transformative journey, making new grants, we appoint our first Head of Programmes to join the Tudor Trust. This appointment completes the rebuild of a new Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
About this pivotal role

The Head of Programmes will bridge between internal teams and external partners, maximising collective knowledge to build power-sensitive relationships between funders and grantee partners. Your leadership will create a culture of curiosity, learning, and inclusivity, ensuring the Trust remains agile and reflective in response to evolving community needs.
