**Job Title:** Flooring Technician


We are seeking a skilled Flooring Technician to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a Flooring Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of flooring, including laminate, poly safe, and altro. You will also perform minor plumbing tasks, such as tiling and removing and refitting utilities.



**Key Responsibilities:



  • Install and maintain various types of flooring
  • Perform minor plumbing tasks, such as tiling and removing and refitting utilities
  • Work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience


**Requirements:**



  • Hold a qualification in floor laying
  • Be proficient at full cap and cove flooring in wet rooms
  • Be proficient at carrying out professional welding repairs
  • Minor plumbing abilities (remove and refit utilities, minor tiling)
  • Hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
