Job Summary

Global Highland is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the accounts department, including supervision of staff. Your expertise in financial analysis and planning will be essential in delivering insightful financial reports to inform effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations of the accounts department, including supervision of staff.
Provide advice and support to the Accounts Office Manager and operational teams by delivering insightful financial analysis to inform effective decision-making.
Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts, ensuring precision for high-quality annual statutory accounts.

Requirements

Strong technical accounting expertise, with a focus on financial analysis and planning.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
