Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SEN Coordinator to lead and manage the SEN provision in an outstanding school in Croydon. The successful candidate will work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to deliver high-quality SEN services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SEN provision in the school.
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to deliver high-quality SEN services.
- Develop and implement effective SEN policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to staff on SEN-related matters.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an SEN Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEN policies and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with students with a range of special educational needs.
- A clear DBS check and legal right to work in the UK.
