Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Specialist to join our team at Ricoh. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional print services to our customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality prints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver print services that meet or exceed customer expectations, adhering to strict SLAs and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve operational issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage and maintain print equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of print services strategies, aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve print services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in print operations, preferably with Ricoh production printers and HP wide format printers.
  • Strong knowledge of Fiery and imposition software, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Basic knowledge of Morgana finishing equipment, with ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Mail merge experience and ability to manage and maintain print inventory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
