We are seeking a highly motivated Chef de Partie Leader to join our dynamic kitchen team at Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group UK&I. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to the success of our market-leading food service company in the UK.

In this role, you will lead a small team of chefs and cooks in the preparation and presentation of menu items. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety, as well as working effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a small team of chefs and cooks
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
  • Supporting the team to meet deadlines and achieve excellent customer satisfaction

Our ideal candidate will have leadership skills and excellent communication skills. You will be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships with colleagues and clients. A desire to succeed in your role and a willingness to take initiative are essential.

The salary for this role is approximately £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
