About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Develop and implement care plans that cater to each individual's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Support individuals in daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Encourage social interaction, community engagement, and participation in activities that promote emotional well-being.
