As a Field QA Specialist, you will be part of our dedicated team that drives the development and implementation of top-notch sports technology solutions. Your role will involve coordinating quality assurance processes for new tracking hardware, smart balls, player tracking wearables, and matchday equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the quality assurance processes for new tracking hardware, smart balls, player tracking wearables, and matchday equipment.
  • Manage all approved devices within the Client delivery and Tech Ops teams.
  • Prepare and package outbound equipment for matches, training sessions, and customer demos across the UK, Europe, North America, and Australia.
  • Coordinate updates of software and firmware versions on new hardware prior to packaging and distribution to the field.
  • Maintain storage and inventory management solutions.
  • Maintain live equipment inventories and software/firmware status of all Client Delivery devices.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to follow processes with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with technology, and willing to learn new technology skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate organisation and re-prioritisation in fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communicator (written & verbal), keeping internal stakeholders aligned and updated across multiple departments various time zones.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Become a skilled user of Sportable's technology stack (hardware, software, and associated technology solutions).
About the Role

This is a full-time position typically working 9-6pm, but may require some evening or weekend work including public holidays. You will be based out of our head office at StoneX Stadium, North London, 4-5 days per week, with potential for hybrid work from home on a case-by-case basis and travel to sites around the UK.
