Job Description
Lendlease Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Professional - Residential to join our team. As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day maintenance for the community and its residents, ensuring that all repairs and general maintenance work is completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading property development company, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Professional - Residential, you will be responsible for completing all maintenance works at the asset, adhering to building standards, health & safety, statutory compliance, repair & maintenance, and overall asset functionality. You will also be responsible for supporting the building services maintenance and management regime to ensure mechanical, electrical, and other building services plant and equipment reach their expected life span.
