Based in Barry, this exciting opportunity offers a salary up to £27,000 plus bonus for the right candidate. As a Sales Advisor, you will be working in an office-based role, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.

Key Responsibilities:- Maximise sales and inform existing customers about our new and exciting products through proactive outreach.
- Make outbound calls to attract new customers and build new relationships.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and engage with them effectively.
- Provide efficient and accurate answers to customer queries regarding products, processes, and prices.
- Negotiate successfully with customers to meet their needs.
- Utilise our CRM tool to maintain accurate customer information.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Exceed sales targets and business requirements by going the extra mile.
- Proven experience in telesales or a sales/customer-focused role.
- A track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably in a phone-based environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn about new products and services.
- Cool temperament and experience in overcoming rejections and barriers.
- Prior experience in B2B wholesale or e-commerce is highly desirable.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- A proactive and 'can-do' approach to tasks is required.
- Self-motivation and a drive to continuously improve and develop are essential.
