About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Certified Advanced Healthcare Specialist to join our team at American Family Care (AFC). As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services within the scope of your training and expertise. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional medical treatment, health assessments, and diagnoses to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive health histories, review patient records, and develop accurate medical assessments
* Order laboratory, radiological, and diagnostic studies as necessary for patient care
* Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses, initiate therapy, and refer patients to appropriate healthcare facilities or resources
* Provide emergency measures, stabilization, and treatment as needed
* Interpret and analyze patient data to determine patient status and management
* Offer guidance and instructions to patients, families, and significant others regarding health care and health promotion
