About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Instructional Designer to join our team at Sky. As a key member of our Customer Service Group, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality digital learning content that meets the needs of our learners
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create learning solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design
  • Work closely with our learning management system (LMS) team to ensure seamless integration of learning content
  • Conduct needs analysis and assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven experience in instructional design and development, with a focus on digital learning
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite
