About the Role:As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting independence and dignity for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Administering medication and managing IV wounds
- Providing oxygen therapy and developing treatment strategies
- Leading a team of care aides and coordinating with the GP
- Monitoring blood sugar levels and maintaining accurate records
- NMC registration and valid work permit for the UK
- Relevant nursing certifications and experience
