About Our Team: At Goldfish Swim School, we value teamwork, creativity, and a passion for teaching. As a Aquatic Educator, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional swim lessons and creating a safe, supportive environment for our students.

Job Responsibilities: You will develop and deliver engaging swim lessons, maintaining a focus on water safety and technique. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating customized lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Delivering high-quality instruction and guidance to students
  • Building strong relationships with parents and other staff members

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working with children or in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to student success

Salary Range: $28,000 - $38,000 per year, based on experience
