Senior Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Pharmacy Technician to join our Medicine for the Elderly clinical pharmacy team, driving forward the development of medication optimisation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive medication reviews to identify potential adverse reactions and optimise medication regimens.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and promote better health outcomes.
- Develop and implement medication optimisation services to prevent hospital admissions and enhance patient care.
- Work with the multidisciplinary team to develop the role of the Clinical Pharmacy Technician across the service.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and a recognised accuracy checking qualification.
- Excellent motivational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Transferable skills from other relevant sectors or experience working in a clinical pharmacy environment.
