Job Description:
Toro Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Shift Supervisor to join their innovative waste-to-energy project in East Anglia. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant operation of the plant during its installation and commissioning phases.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee the safe and compliant operation of the plant during its installation and commissioning phases.
* Manage plant isolation procedures and ensure operational maintenance and upkeep.
* Supervise and manage shift personnel to maintain efficient and safe operations.
* Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:
* Engineering qualification (National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3 in Electrical discipline) or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical systems, with the ability to read system schematics.
* Experience with risk assessments and safe systems of work.
* Previous experience in a supervisory role.

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
