At Teaching Personnel, we work with local authorities across the country to provide high-impact, 1:1 tuition for students who face various challenges, such as SEN needs, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, and Lower Learning Levels. As a 1:1 tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of these students and help them achieve their full potential.
Our 1:1 tutoring program offers a range of benefits, including:

As a 1:1 tutor, you will be responsible for:
- Working with students who may have SEN/SEMH needs or be looked after (LAC)
- Providing educational sessions face-to-face with students at their homes or a public space
- Planning resources around the student's needs, developing their knowledge in core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- QTS or be a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or SEN/SEMH experience
- Be highly engaging and able to build effective working relationships with students
- Manage and implement a range of behavior strategies
