Join Our Team as a Demand Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team at Morepeople 01780. As a key member of our Fresh Produce Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for developing customer-facing supply chain strategies and establishing collaborative forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer-facing supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative forecasting processes with key customers to ensure accurate demand planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize operational end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in demand planning (minimum 3 years) in an FMCG/Retail environment or Food environment.
  • Industry experience in customer supply and chain operations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clean UK/EU driving license.
  • Flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the company.
