Residential Property Lawyer Opportunity

QED Legal is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Residential Property Lawyer to join their award-winning residential property team based in Raynes Park. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a full-time or part-time position with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of property transactions with expertise and precision.
  • Maintain client files and documents through effective use of case management systems, ensuring seamless workflow and compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional client care, fostering strong relationships and exceeding client expectations.
  • Achieve billing targets in line with agreed objectives, demonstrating financial acumen and business savvy.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the team's growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property law, with a solid understanding of property transactions and experience using case management software.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and accurately, and a high level of organization and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being a team player with a client-focused approach and strong relationship-building skills.
