About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Female Support Worker to join our team in Worcestershire. As a live-in Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our client, who has a spinal cord injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the client with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
  • Support the client to maintain an active lifestyle, including exercise and leisure activities
  • Liaise with the client's family and healthcare professionals as required
  • Follow the client's care plan and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in manual handling procedures and maintain professional boundaries

Requirements:

  • A full clean driving licence
  • Previous experience of working with individuals with a spinal injury (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
