Join the BMW Group Digital Development team as a Software Engineer and be part of shaping the future of automotive innovation. Our team is focused on developing systems and solutions for our customers to help them buy a car or motorbike online with finance easily.

We work as a project team to build services as MVP to later continuously improve and enhance them. The department prides itself on being business focused but with technical knowledge and experience.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting project portfolio and resource planning, developing and shaping future digital systems, liaising with counterparts within the sales company, conducting stakeholder meetings, managing communications to the Retailer network on Digital activity, owning Digital support material, guides, videos etc., monitoring competitor's activity and market/industry developments, working with development teams and testing of new functionality, conducting analysis of data, and managing Customer support queries and escalating if required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commercial acumen and be able to build relationships. You will also need to be able to demonstrate keen interest in data, numbers and new technologies. A qualification in Business either at A-Level or part of degree is preferred.

We offer a competitive annual salary of £23,700, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme.
