Panel Beater Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team at TH CONSULTANTS RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS LIMITED. As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing damaged vehicle panels, including metal and composite materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and replacement of vehicle panels, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic quality.
  • Bodywork restoration on commercial vehicles, adhering to industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Welding and fabrication skills to repair or replace vehicle parts.
  • Quality control, conducting thorough inspections to ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Collaboration with other technicians, service advisors, and parts department to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
  • Adherence to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

This is a full-time position of 42.5 hours per week, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am-12:00pm) paid at an overtime rate. If you are a skilled Panel Beater looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please apply.
