Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist guests with luggage and other requests, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Deliver guest mail, newspapers, and express check-out bills to rooms, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Collect room service and breakfast cards, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Assist Night Management with fire management, walks, and emergency procedures, demonstrating a proactive and safety-conscious approach.
  • Enhance fire procedures and react promptly in case of an emergency, prioritizing guest safety and well-being.
  • Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures, managing the instigation of these as required.
  • Attend relevant training courses, supporting the Night Team's training and development efforts.
  • Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.
  • Assist and support other departments as necessary, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
