Job Title: KS2 Class Teacher and Middle Leader

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher and Middle Leader to join our vibrant and innovative school. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate students, while also contributing to the school's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that ignite curiosity and a love for learning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan, assess, and deliver a dynamic curriculum in line with school goals and national standards.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community.

As a Middle Leader, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a key area of school improvement, contributing to the school's strategic vision.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to support staff development and curriculum enhancement.
  • Play an active role in shaping whole-school initiatives that drive academic excellence and personal growth for students.
  • Model outstanding practice, leading by example and supporting colleagues in achieving their best.

Requirements:

  • A qualified and experienced primary school teacher with a track record of delivering excellent teaching and learning.
  • Proven leadership skills or the desire to take on leadership responsibilities in a supportive environment.
  • A passion for helping students achieve their full potential, with strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues.
