Business Restructuring Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Restructuring Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Advisory and Insolvency streams, you will be responsible for managing smaller projects and distinct elements of larger projects, with limited input from senior colleagues.
The successful candidate will have strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to identify and investigate key issues in a restructuring scenario. Excellent Excel skills and an ability to undertake accurate and relevant analysis and interrogate financial models are essential.
You will be responsible for preparing draft Independent Business Reviews and other written output for review, and will have the ability to produce high-quality documents/presentations that meet stakeholder expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking financial analysis and preparing financial models
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of statutory and compliance processes and deadlines
- Strong awareness of relevant risk issues and mitigants
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant professional qualification (ICAEW/ACCA) and an appropriate amount of experience. You will also have a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and IPS.
