As a Bank Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our care home team. This varied role will see you answering phones, handling files, supporting managers, meeting and greeting visitors, and engaging with residents. You'll play a key part in creating a vibrant, happy environment where our residents can thrive.

Main duties of the job

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities, good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner. It's essential that you're a people person who takes a genuine interest in our residents and their families. We offer training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role.

Job responsibilities

In this position, you'll provide administrative support to our care home team, ensuring we deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. Your duties will include answering phone calls, handling files, and supporting our managers. You'll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around our care home.

We're looking for someone who is able to work well under pressure, has good communication skills, and is able to build relationships with our residents and their families. If you have these skills and qualities, we'd love to hear from you.

Person Specification: Qualifications
  • No specific qualifications are required, but you should have the ability to multi-task, good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner. A people-focused approach and a genuine interest in caring for residents are also essential.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities, pension scheme, and life assurance.
