Highways Sector Business Growth Specialist

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves promoting specialist, rigorously tested products within the highways and security sectors.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £42,500 - £50,000 per annum, inclusive of car/car allowance and a competitive bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities
This role will focus on:
- Generating new business sales aligned with company growth targets.
- Developing new commercial relationships with key decision makers and procurement teams.
- Preparing sales quotations and commercial offers within the product portfolio.
- Maintaining accurate records of leads and new opportunities in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- Highways industry experience.
- 1+ years in a Business Development Manager role (construction/highways).
