We are seeking empathetic and strong Behaviour Mentors for temporary positions in secondary special needs schools in Plymouth. This is a fantastic chance to make a meaningful difference while working full-time within a large Trust.
This trust caters for children across KS3-4 who have SEMH, Autism and present challenging behaviour.
We are looking for individuals with strong behaviour management skills, a willingness to learn, grow and develop and invest in a long-term contract at the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEMH, Autism and challenging behaviour
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Up-to-date CV with two relevant references
- DBS registered to the update service or willing to apply for one
