About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Surgical Nursing Team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care using an agreed patient pathway
Work within agreed policies and procedures
Participate in relevant data collection for clinical trials
Liaise and communicate with members of the multi-disciplinary team in the planning and delivery of patient care
Maintain accurate records and standards for documentation
Requirements
