At St Stephen's, we are passionate about equipping young people to live out their faith and make a positive impact in their communities.

This exciting opportunity is to join our team as a full-time Associate Pastor - Youth and Children, working closely with the Youth Pastor to develop and deliver our youth ministry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with young people, leading in their pastoring, mentoring, and discipling, and helping to plan and deliver a range of youth-focused events and activities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Bible, a passion for working with young people, and experience in youth ministry. They will also be able to think creatively and strategically, and be comfortable working as part of a team.

The salary for this position is £26,000 per annum, plus benefits including life insurance and a Church of England pension scheme. We are committed to supporting the ongoing development and growth of our staff, and offer regular training and professional development opportunities.
