Job Title: Leisure Receptionist

We're seeking a Leisure Receptionist to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As a Leisure Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests
  • Manage the front desk and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our facilities and services
