Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Scandinavian Territory Lead to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market expansion strategies, building relationships with clients, and driving growth for Spider in the Scandinavian region.

About the Role:

As a successful Scandinavian Territory Lead, you will have a strong background in business development, technical product experience, and excellent communication skills. You will be proficient in sales tools, Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems. CAD capability and multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies for the Scandinavian region.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and drive growth for Spider.
  • Conduct market research, customer needs analysis, competitor activities, and competitive position analysis.
  • Plan, budget, and execute territory strategies.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £53,000 per annum, quarterly commission, 25 days holiday, smart pension, private medical insurance, company car, phone, laptop, and employee extras.
