Key Responsibilities
  • Procure suppliers and subcontractors and materials to programme and budget
  • Manage Client accounts to determine variations and protect the business contractually
  • Submit monthly valuations where applicable and provide and update cashflow forecasts
  • Manage subcontract accounts including payments and final account
  • Attend site as required to provide cost advice and support
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and maintain a focus on Health and Safety
  • Provide support for monthly cost forecast information and management reports (CVRs)
Requirements
  • A proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with ICP experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • First Class Analytical skills and highly numerate
  • Computer literate with a good proven competency in Excel
  • Experience with electronic measurement programmes, including Bluebeam Revu
  • Strong project co-ordination skills and the ability to multi-task
  • HNC/HND/ Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Full UK driving licence
What We Offer
  • Salary circa £40,000
  • Based in office, with potential flexibility to work remotely one day a week
  • 40 hour working week
