Job Description:
The successful applicant will oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, responsible for creating exquisite desserts and pastries that delight our guests. With a focus on using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, you will be expected to maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a keen eye for detail, a passion for your craft, and experience managing in a fresh food-led kitchen. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to enthuse those around you with your creativity and enthusiasm.
