As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. This is an opportunity to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment where every day is different.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone with experience of caring for older people who has a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. As a Care Assistant, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide support and companionship, and help them enjoy each day. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
Main Duties
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans
- Ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time
