Night Shift Care Assistant

We are looking for a Night Shift Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities in our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to service users, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Support service users in managing their finances and daily living activities.
- Encourage service users to participate in community activities and leisure pursuits.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £18,500 - £21,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time workers).
- A waking night supplement for those available to work overnight shifts.

Requirements:
- RQF Level 2 in Adult Care or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities in a residential or community setting.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
- Familiarity with the local community and ability to use sign language.
